Jhane was featured on the cover of "Show Daily" - the magazine produced by Interior Design at NEOCON World's Trade Fair, held recently in Chicago. She celebrated the introduction of four new products for interiors.
Jhane has a new project with Lumicor, the leading manufacturer of innovative
resin design products. It's exciting because it allows her a freedom in fabric design
that is not limited by "wearability" as her fabric is locked between two layers of acrylic.
Endless possibilities, from table tops to coasters to sliding doors to light fixtures!
Jhane just finished her first piece of office furniture for Jofco,
an Indiana-based office furniture manufacturer. This first project is called "Tahke." Tahke is totally green - from
material to glue to tack surface
to finishing, from drawer boxes to the compact florescent lights used in the overhead.
Did you catch the last season of "The Sopranos" on HBO? If you did,
you probably saw a number of Jhane's designs!
When Neutral Posture came to me and asked me to collaborate
with them - my designs for upholstery on their furniture - I
was intrigued by both the idea of a new project and the
opportunity to work with a company that shares many of my
own philosophies, such as environmentally friendly products.

I have a new, just launched, eyewear collection!
Bold frames made for a man. It's upscale and modern.
In my Spring 2007 line, I decided to revisit an inspiration, fractals, that I
used about ten years ago. I love the way fractals look, but they are challenging
to use in fabric design.
We are remodeling our house to make it as "green"
as possible. Our goals are to recycle materials we need to dispose of,
use reclaimed material whenever we can, and make our house as energy
efficient as possible.
